CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a high demand for appointments at the practice so we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer the appointment to a patient who may be on our cancellation list. Otherwise, missed appointments may be chargeable.
Private Health Insurance
Many private health insurance companies will cover our fees. We ask our patients to clear cover with their insurers directly. We are happy to provide receipts for all fees received so that patients can seek reimbursement from their insurers.
